The BBQ will be held on the shady lawns of Phil Carter and Sheilagh Fletcher and is hosted by the ACO Port Hope Executive — our way of thanking our amazing volunteers and supporters. There is no charge for the event, which is open to all up-to-date members, but a donation for beverages at the bar is much appreciated.
This is an outdoor event so please bring a hat and wear suitable shoes. There is very limited seating, but you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs if you wish to sit. ACO signs will mark the entrance to the driveway for parking, or you may wish to park on Bruton or Shortt Streets and enjoy the stroll up the winding driveway.
